I purchased this phone to replace another smart phone with windows mobile. The shipping with ups was very fast, in one day I received the unit in Canada. From the first day I was very impressed with the phone. The touch screen is very impressive, respond very well to touch or using the included stylish. I inserted my sim card (Fido) and the phone started working, no issues, and no configurations at all. It would be even better to include a cheap screen protector for the screen. I am very satisfied with the phone and would recommend it with no reserve.
