  1. Do you accept Bitcoins/How can I order with Bitcoins (BTC)?


    Yes, we accept Bitcoins as a means of payment for your order:

    1. If you want to pay with Bitcoin, choose BTC as your currency in the top right corner of the screen.
    2. At the checkout, please choose Bitcoin/BTC as your payment option.
    3. The order confirmation email will then include our BTC address as well as a QR Code for easy scanning.

    As soon as we receive your payment confirmation, we will ship your order within 24-48h.

  2. How do I place an order?


    Select your gadget and then click on the "Add to Cart" button.
    You may remove an item at any time by tagging the "Remove" box and clicking the "Update" button.
    You can choose to either place the order immediately, or continue shopping.

    When you have finished and wish to review your order, click on "Checkout" to see what you have placed in your cart.

    If you are a new customer, you can choose to register at this time so that we may track your account with your order.
    If you are a returning customer, you may just enter your email address and password in the given fields and then click on "Sign In" instead.
    You will still be able to review and change your order after that.

    Please note that we value your privacy and that all your data is kept private and safe.

    Once you are ready to checkout, click the "Checkout" button.

    For credit card purchases SackStark.com uses third-party providers such as PayPal which has a proven safety record by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and user information.

    We accept all major credit cards.
    Please provide exact credit card billing information, shipping address, phone numbers, and email address.
    SackStark.com does NOT ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Box) unless the PO Box is the billing address of the cardholder.

    In order to protect our customers from fraudulent charges and to keep prices low, your shipping address must correspond with the credit card billing address.
    Otherwise, we must verify your credit card information via your bank and also require that you fax or send us photocopies of both sides of the credit card and written authorization.
    Sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes without additional confirmation and cannot accept any C.O.D. orders.

    Click on the "Submit" button. Please print the receipt and refer to the Order Number for any inquiry regarding your order.

    You will receive an e-mail order confirmation within 24 hours after you have submitted your online order.

  4. Do I Need to Pay Duty or Tax?


    SackStark.com's low prices INCLUDE all sales and export taxes!

    However, for orders outside of Switzerland, the customer may be responsible for duties and import taxes, which are only applicable in certain countries.
    Please check with your local customs office if duties and import taxes are applicable.

    Our appointed carriers will handle the customs clearance for you and deliver the package right to your doorstep.
    They will then present the tax/duty bill to you if your package was taxed.

  5. How Do I Cancel an Order?


    You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours after you placed your order.
    We are unable to accept any cancellation after the 24-hour period if the package has been shipped.
    If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at sales@sackstark.com.

    You will receive a "Cancel Order Authorization" if your Cancel Order is confirmed.
    WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLED ORDER WITHOUT A CANCEL ORDER AUTHORIZATION.

    Note: Please write "Cancel: Order Number" in your emails subject field.

  6. Is the Gadget I Want In Stock?


    Most items are in stock.

    If your item is not in stock, then we will notify you via email to let you know the status of the item.
    You can also email us at sales@sackstark.com to check in advance of ordering.

  7. How Do I Check My Order Status?


    You can check your order status at any time by logging into your SackStark customer account.

    Alternatively, please refer to your Order Number that you received online or by confirmation-email when you placed your order and send us an email to sales@sackstark.com.
    Note: Please provide your Order Number in the subject field of your email.
