Shipping charges are based on weight and destination we charge only the real cost that the Post Office charges us.
We believe that the customer should be able to see clearly how shipping is calculated.
We do NOT inflate our shipping charges to make a hidden profit like so many other online retailers.

How Will My Order Be Shipped & When Will I Receive My Order?
SackStark.com usually has all displayed items in stock and ships within 48 hours after payment has been received and approved.
We ship internationally by EMS/USPS or a comparable shipper for which we charge you a reasonable shipping charge that represents our real cost.
When the package reaches your country, it is then delivered by the local delivery service.
SackStark.com does NOT ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Box) unless the P.O. Box is the billing address of the cardholder.
Shipping time varies by delivery method and country:
Swiss Addresses:
- PostPac Priority: send today, arrive tomorrow
- PostPac Economy: send today, arrive day after tomorrow
- PostPac Express: send this evening, arrive tomorrow before 9am, or send this morning, arrive same day before 5pm
Non-Swiss Addresses:
- PostPac Priority: 3-6 days
- PostPac Economy: ca. 15 days
Please note that the above delivery times do not include the credit card processing time, which is usually completed within the same day your order is placed but can take longer.
Global delivery times do not include any special customs considerations, which generally take only a few days but can take longer.
For orders from outside of Switzerland and in case we do not have the ordered article on stock, we sometimes ship the order directly from our International warehouse. However, this happens without any disadvantages to our customers, i.e. shipping time is usually a bit shorter compared to shipments from Switzerland and handling of import duties, customs and VAT is unchanged (please see below).
Any additional shipping costs are of course fully paid by us.

Can I Get Express Delivery?
Within Switzerland yes! Please choose Express Mail shipping at checkout.
For International Orders, all our orders are either shipped by Economy or Priority Courier Service. No Express Service is available.

Do I Need to Pay Duty or Tax?
SackStark's low prices INCLUDE all sales and export taxes!
However, the customer is responsible for duties, import taxes, and VAT where applicable.
Please check with your local customs office if duties and import taxes are applicable.
Our appointed carriers will handle the customs clearance for you and deliver the package right to your doorstep.
They will then present the tax/duty bill to you if your package was taxed. There might be a handling fee involved for this service.
